The successful candidate will provide support and direction regarding all aspects of the hiring process. These include (but are not limited to): planning and evaluating sourcing methods used to identify quality candidates; developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers and business unit leaders to identify and forecast future needs and workforce planning strategies; and educating management on area competition, the market, and industry and recruiting strategies. The selected candidate will also be a proven leader with a successful track record in sales, marketing, and recruitment. He/she will be a role model of integrity, and effective at maintaining an environment where collaboration, open communication, building relationships and continuous improvement are encouraged and valued. She/he will be accomplished in strategic planning, project management, business and financial management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are required.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field with three to five years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A CHRP designation and prior experience is considered an asset.
